  Your right IMHO here Joanna.  But also as  you know this
nonsense from Roberto is just more of the same sing-song
Ding-dong that ICANN BoD and Staff members along with
a small handful of their Parrots have been doing sense 1999.
You know it, I know it, they know it and what really
matters is that the DOC/NTIA knows it and yet
seems to wish to ignore or side step it for reason or
reasons yet to be completely understood.
Consensus of the stakeholders/users be dammed I suppose...  :/
