Folks -
Three points...
- We really need to hear what attorneys whose expertise is not-for-profit
organization have to say - and hear it in a formal setting.
- Facts taken out of context, no matter how true they ring, are still out
of context - now the trick is to know when this is the case and how
misleading they may be.
- If asked for one incontrovertible fact regarding not-for-profit,
incorporation, and (USA) tax matters, it would be a simple statement -
When dealing with not-for-profit, incorporation, and (USA) tax matters,
there are few absolutes.
