In light of the fact that I oversaw the volunteering of Jeff Holt as
member of the web-team and the fact hat Hugh wants to be more of a
reserve then fully active part, I suggest you add jeff Holt to your
members.
This changes the voting for webmaster list and I suggest you renew your
vote please just as priority numbers to the following candidates:

[2] Kristen Doyle
[4] Hugh Blair
[1] Daniel Chirita
[3] Jeff Holt

I must at this point advise you all of the implications of being
"webmaster"; it means you are totally reponsible for everything that
happens with the webite, for timely mirroring, back-ups et cetera.

Either Hugh or Daniel if not choosen to webmaster will be panel-liaison.
This will dpeend on the outcome of the vote and if need be a vote of the
panel.

Please answer this email as soon as possible.
