I was hardly SHOUTING!!!  
And I see no need to reiterate what Hugh Blair has already asked for
several times since he is a Panel member and I am not.  

AS to a list of those members in favor - without going back over the
archives yet again I am aware of at least five who have spoken out on
the topic. It is not my place to speak for them nor to research
information that is the duty of the Panel to ascertain.  Do your own
work or delegate it formally.

Perhaps you should make it a habit to scan all your email before you
answer and start shouiting.

Please provide a list of members thus far asking for a vote of no
confidence and please initiate matters in a proper way, i.e. propose a
motion of the kind.
