Please join us for an on-line conference discussing topical issues in
cryptography law and policy:   "Secrecy or Social Contract: The Worldwide
Cryptography Debate."
Presented by the Columbia University Virtual Institute of Information
(V.I.I.) and
Richard Field, Esq., moderator, in cooperation with the American Bar
Association, Section of Science and Technology.

The cryptography debate has divided governments and industry.  At stake is
the future of electronic commerce and your civil liberties.  Add your voice
to the debate and join our featured participants, as well as other
interested participants from around the world.  You can view the discussion
and add your comments, all in real time.  This conference is free and open
to the public.  The first 30 minutes are reserved for comments from the
panelists.
