Ich weiß derzeit nur von einem Webserver und dieser Mailingliste:

Welcome to the new and improved zamir-chat-l!

The chat was started in 1995 as a way to allow people in former Yugoslavia,
the diaspora, and others interested in their fate to communicate across all
sorts of barriers, technical and social. The chat at that time linked
peacenet (in the US) to the rest of APC, the international peace activists'
network, and in particular zamirnet, the sister APC network in the
disintegrating Yugoslavia. Through the heroic efforts of our colleague Paul
Garrin, the chat was linked to the then-new world wide web through his
mediafilter web site.

Many things have happened since that beginning: zamirnet has collapsed  as a
trans-Yugoslav system, to be replaced by the web-capable www.zamir.net in
Croatia. Web sites have sprung up in Bosnia, Serbia, and elsewhere in the
region. So the original design of the chat needs to be replaced by one that
takes advantage of the new internet, one which better integrates a mailing
list and the web-world.

We have done this with new LISTSERV software. People can now easily and we
hope without confusion access the chat by subscribing (thus receiving
messages by e-mail) and/or by reading the postings on the list's web site
HTTP://LISTS.IGC.ORG/ARCHIVES/ZAMIR-CHAT-L.HTML.
