Kendall and all remaining assembly members,

  I think you hit the nail on the head here.  It is quite right that Ken Stubbs

is more often than not inconsistent with truth telling, evasive, and
purposefully
misleading in his positions and sometime disgusting in his behavior.  As such
I think a new proposal should be drafted for his immediate removal from the
NC.
