  As you may recall, I had informed ICANN of this type of technology was

going to be released and make the "One true Root" religion of ICANN's
Legacy Root structure as well as a centrally controlled DNS ineffectual.

E2P is just one of several types of technology that will be deployed
despite
ICANN's inane policies....
