Jefsey,

  First, in the future, please copy all of your responses to mine on a public
ML back to that list, not to me privately.  I have taken the liberty here,
to do so in my response back to yours to the ML in which my response
was originally sent to...

  What you can "Make out of it" will be of no consequence.  The ICANN
Board as well as the ICANN bylaws and the law of a California corporation
do not allow for any significant change in the so called @large ICANN membership.

Hence such a "Study" and it's results are already known, just not officially, for

a third time stated and incorporated into ICANN policy.  So your point here
Jefsey is moot at best.
