Chuck and all assembly members,

  Chuck, with all due respect, I believe Danny is right to a point.  I
believe that this issue was fully vetted in the GA and more than once
over the past year or so.  No, there was no vote taken, as Danny
rightly indicated in his reply to WXW.  And no, as such there is no
FORMAL acknowledgment as such...  However that has little
to do with what has been expressed time and time again from
most of the GA members on this issue.  The consensus definitely
is (Although not a measured consensus) in PART what Danny
requested, however weakly he did so...
