[icann-eu] Re: [ga] 2001-2002 Budget

General assembly members, Danny and the Budget Finance Committee,

  What Danny Younger is requesting here is only in part, what the DNSO
General Assembly members are seeking.  The most important
part is some justification for providing NO budget for election
of @large directors.  Without any budget it is obvious that
the two existing @large ICANN BoD members when their
term expires, will no longer be on the ICANN BoD and there will
be no replacements.  This would seem not to meet the requirements
of the White Paper, the DOC/NTIA CFR, and the MoU.  As such
some justification is needed, and required by the GA members
as well as other stakeholders, for such a decision.
