Thanks Jeff,
    The thing is also that lot of claim and noise has been around the
Verisign amendment so I thought I lost the official DOC announcement about
the new TLDs.
DoC will announce its "OK", isn't it?
(But it also sounds so strange to me that there's not a formal date for such
a fundamental use of its agreement power).
