[icann-europe] Warning to Michael Sondow.

Proto-fascist is certainly an insult in this context, and thus 
deeply inappropriate.

To Michael Sondow: If you continue to argue in this style, you'll be 
blacklisted as far as the icann-europe mailing list is concerned.
