Alexander has the voters' roll from the last election.  It differs 
from the announce list.

More precisely, there are 25 addresses on the announce list, but not 
on the voters' roll, and 148 addresses on the voters roll, but not 
on the announce list.  The voters' roll has a total of 767 members, 
and there are 644 subscribers to the announce list.

For a future election, a new voters' roll would have to be generated 
 from Joop's current database.
