[atlarge-discuss] Proposed schedule for vote

This is a proposal for an election schedule.

1.  We page creates link on page one, that says

     July  2002 Steering Committee Election Information

     And other, which says:   Nominations open for Steering Committee

2.   A place on the web page is set up for nominations and seconds, which
can be made by email or web forum.

3.   VB sends an announcement to the announce  and discuss lists, by Monday,
saying Nominations are now open for the Steering Committee, and explaining
nominations can be made by email or directly to the web page.

4.   The period of the 17th through the June 10 is for nominations.  The
Ballots are sent out on July 15,  The voting is over by July 23.

5.  Results are announced by the 25th.

I think this gets us in under the 90 days.
