I was asked to give a status report for the Board at their public meeting in
Bucharest, since I'm coordinating At-Large organizing efforts.  ICANN's
webmaster listed it on the agenda as the "At-Large Organizing Committee
Report."  My brief report will detail the progress made in At-Large
organizing (summarized on
www.at-large.org) and I will introduct ALOC members who are there.
