Somebody clue me in as to why are we scheduling anything in connection with an
ICANN meeting at this point.  We have no consensus on position, we have no
elected advocates and we have no agenda.

I would suggest all you high rollers who want to attend spend your money on
incorporating, setting up a bank account and raising more funds for world wide
elections.  The AL is not even a slated matter for voting of the BoD.
I do not recall electing anyone to go be my lobbyist.  We elected an
organizational panel not representatives of our desire.  Wow talk about
exceeding mission. I suggest you guys take a deep breath and look at what you
were elected to do and do it and forget about Bucharest, it does not concern
you.
