Yes - this is going to be a revised version of the charter originally made
for the first election. I'm waiting to finalize the dates to be able to
submit it to the panel and have it formally approved. If the dates you
mention are agreeable for all of us, I think it can now be done (perhaps
I'll add a provision to allow you to adjust the dates by no more than 1-2
days in case any problems arise).
