  This is of course a obviously good idea, and one that should really not
need to be yet again stated.  However than you Bruce for doing so
regardless.  The problem that has been one from the beginning with
ICANNATLARGE.COM, as with some DNSO GA Constituencies,
that of funding.  To date, ICANNATLARGE.COM still does not
have an account set up by which funds can be safely and legitimately
held or otherwise deposited, and there doesn't seem to be any organized
effort by which funding so that a webmaster may be properly provided
for, is collected or otherwise obtained.  When these two basic
tasks are adequately addressed the ICANNATLARGE.COM
will be in a much better position.

  Not necessary here, no...  A policy for provisioning for such expenses
is all that would be necessary.
