Joanna and all stakeholders of interested parties,

  Joanna is quite right here.  Why hasn't an official announcement
been sent out to the members?  Whom, how and when were the
Watchdogs for this election determined?  Why also was this
also not announced?

  Should not the charter be approved by vote by the ICANNATLARGE.COM
members prior to adoption?

  Did we not already have a schedule for these processes?
