Perhaps the lack of Nominations could be due to your failure to inform the
membership that the Election has actually started? You must send a formal
announcement to the list with precise dates and URL reference. I have been
waiting for you to do this for more than a week now.

Please provide a record of the Vote cast by each of the Interim Panel
Members to approve your Charter together with a copy of the Charter to this
list.

Also, who is setting up the Watchdogs mailing list and public archive, you
or Elisabeth?
