Dear Elisabeth and Members of the Watchdog Committee,

As you know, I am recusing myself as a Watchdog on this occasion because I
intend to stand in the election as a candidate, but I am happy to assist in
any way possible, either on or offlist.

No doubt Elisabeth will ensure Watchdogs have what they need to assist the
Secretariat, including verifying the count and generally, protecting the
integrity of the election process.

In the meantime, please copy all your communications to this list without
changing the subject header, so that we can track developments.
