Impressive.

Would it be possible from the registation list - if not too complex - to 
have national/regional repartition?
Two reasons to that.

1) The idea if I am correct is to run a "flat" election but to try to 
establish a certain geographico/cultural distribution.
2) the experience of 2000 shown that lasting relations could be tied among 
candidates of a same conty and contribute further on to the creation of a 
national @large kernel.
