It think you misunderstand what Judith said Bruce. It seems to me
that she is certainly not against finding fully qualified (Whatever that
means exactly) from all over the world, but they have yet to self
identify to a great extent. We are seeing some and that is a good
thing. It is that we already have folks such as yourself, myself,
Judith, James Love, Milton, Karl Auerbach, and Michael Froomkin
ect., that have already been champions of individual representation
in an At-Large and are quite serious about it as well as spoken out
many many times for broad as possible geographical representation.
However we should not wish at this stage in this, or any near term
election for representation for ICANNATLARGE.COM, to strap
ourselves by demanding that of ourselves as members and as
hopefully a real organization, with such a very high water mark
demand.

I hope by we you mean ICANNATLARGE.COM. As ICANN has
already closed the door to which you speak... ????
I short Bruce, we must crawl before we can walk. But like yourself,
I and I know Judith, seek what you desire/demand. One step at
a time in this area though. I like you for one look forward that
these folks from other geographical locals self identify sooner
rather than later and in greater numbers for ICANNATLARGE.COM.
