Unfortunately, Jamie, you just can't do it in the GNSO GA since the ICANN 
Board is stopping you.   You won't be able to cast any votes there, and you 
won't be able to elect your own Chair (as top-down appointed management and a 
"moderated" list are scheduled under the terms of the glorious Blueprint -- 
shall we bow down and worship the unassailable Plan?).   

When you control the forums and the composition of the Board, you control 
dissent and force it to find other avenues of expression.  Why do think that 
Esther and Denise selected the least outspoken members to be on the ALAC Task 
Force?  It's probably her job to "Silence the Critics" -- probably it's also 
the price of her ticket back onto the Board.
