     Joop,

1.   The interim panel did not authorize anyone to get paid for doing 
anything, and has no money in any case.   However, as I have indicated, if 
the NZ ISOC wants to make a donation to allow you to be paid for your past 
work, I think we should invoice the donation, and make sure you receive it, 
as I assume this the purpose of the donation.

2.   I don't think the web site should be run by the panel members.  But I 
also don't think that you have have sole control over the web site either. 
You have been asked on several occassions to share the control over the web 
site with the persons the panel selected to oversee the web page, and I have 
not followed this closely, and do not know if you have done this yet.   I am 
not in agreement with VB on many issues of substance regarding ICANN and 
democracy, but I have believe all of the panel members are honest people who 
can be trusted with things like this.  If it is the case that a single 
person controlls access to the web page, it is a needless distraction, IMO.
