Most of what you are advising Bruce and everyone else on here regarding
Liaison's to various parts of the ICANN ever increasing buarcracy.
However the ICANNATLARGE.COM as a whole should provide
for all of these costs for each of their liaisons as we at INEGroup
do and many other similar organizations do as well to include
ICANN. With 900+ members, acquiring these funds should be a
relatively trivial and simple task.

Quite right here for the most part as well. SOme of this however can
be done by deploying various forms of technology. None the less
going to these meetings around the globe will require also a sometimes
inconvenient time away from your regular job as well not to mention
Family.

Good point. However most of the ICANN meetings have remote
participation access. PSO and ASO as well as APNIC meetings
do not unfortunately.

$10,000.00 for this sort of thing is a paltry sum really. The members
should be able to come up with many more times this amount if they
are willing to dedicate themselves some of their time to aid in generating
the funding...

Well I hope you are not correct in this prediction... If you are, than
ICANNATLARGE.COM will not be very effective or useful.

Good questions here.
