Joop, IMO, the discuss and panel archives should be treated differently than 
such items as:'

     * Bret Faucett's ICANN Blog
     * Danny Younger's Icannworld
     * Danny Younger's Icann Restructuring proposal
     * ICANNmembers.org
     * Chilling Effects of Cease and Desist Letters
     * Mikki Barry's Proposal to restructure ICANN
     * Mike Roberts' comments on Milton Mueller's Book "Who rules the Root?"
     * Ira Magaziner on ICANN today

Perhaps when a new webmaster is selected, the page can be reorganized so 
that the organizations's own materials are featured more prominately and 
logically.
