Joanna and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  I believe early on, Jefsey offered to take care of the Incorporation
for ICANNATLARGE.COM in France as a "Pledge".  So, what's
to PAY for on that Joanna?

  Secondly, how can at this particular point in time can
ICANNATLARGE.COM incorporate if there is not an
agreed upon set of Letters of Incorporation and Charter?

  Third, why does ICANNATLARGE.COM need to incorporate
at all?  Could  not ICANNATLARGE.COM only file as a
legal association?  Or why not?
