Bruce and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  As you have not been around from the beginning of the ICANN
Experiment, it is necessary or wise at least  to always be wary
of ICANN sponsored "Initiatives", regardless of their stated intent.

  Sot he ALAC and ALOC as ICANN sponsored, and Denise
seemingly dictating several things in those "Initiatives" as well
as a rather belied performance in a number of ways in the
ALSC, one would be very wise to be wary...
