It's not you!  I for one have continually called for moderation in the past
(and do so again now!).

However, Paul, you must understand the frustration driving some of the
people here.  For the last two years or so, in this forum amd in the ALSC
forum that preceded it, we have watched as approved processes were ignored,
promises were made and then broken, and a mandated franchise was stolen from
us.  These continued set-backs have angered many of us (myself included!),
and some are less willing that others to temper their speech, allowing their
frustration to come through.  This is not an excuse for such behavior, just
an explanation.

That said, however, although the "noise level" does get a bit high at times,
don't let that deter you from asking your questions, or making your
observations.
