Mary Hewitt says ICANN may appeal. If it was a
vindication of ICANN's position, particularily
as they claim concern about the expenditure of
resources, why appeal? Can they stretch that out
till November? They probably don't have to make
it last that long, how long will it take a single
individual to go through thousands of records?

members might want to read the coverage, if
the staff will allow it.
