All stakeholders or other interested parties,
Here is ICANN's response/spin on the Court ruling today.

Seems that perhaps ICANN is not very satisfied with this decision
and perhaps they will appeal. ??? In any event, given the tone
of this "Advisory" from ICANN that they did not yet learn their
lesson or much of anything here in the courts ruling or the
Judges specific comments on that ruling...
Any bets of how DOC/NTIA will take this ruling and especially
the judges comments regarding his ruling?
