Based upon criticism and suggestions from this and the GA list were are going
the extra miles and implementing a 75 day, 60 day and 45 day notice also.  We
will also implement a sign up mailing list to interested parties in particular
names for free.  Our registration systems are not cheap and we offer a "hosting
service" that is immediate upon registration.  We are trying to learn from the
pitfalls and make corrections.  Our controlling government of Vietnam is very
supportive, so we are allowed to work for the benefit of the people without
being dictated to by dollar signs.  My bosses grow weary of my continued
attempts to find perfection and fairness in a difficult area of WLS and
deletions, but we move forward and will build a good model.
I thank all here who have helped guide us from profit to right.
