Danny and all stakeholder or other interested parties,

  GIven ICANN's well known and infrequent errors in their
Web page management, perhaps the version you say you are
referencing is different than mine.  Also given the judgment
of today concerning Karl's law suit and the Judges
comments, perhaps ICANN's information is contradictory
as to such references.  Perhaps not in this instance.  So hence
in that you are begging the question of my comment originally
I believe it is incumbent upon you to SHOW what and why you
contend ot take a contrary view...
