Bruce and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  First off I never described Esther Dyson in any vulgar terms.
So Ken (Or whomever he/it is) is just blowing smoke there.
Second I am not particularly offended by this mystery
persons slur regarding us Texans.  Small minds often
have a uncontrollable need to make such disparaging
and disgustingly inaccurate remarks...
