  God helps those that help themselves.  Hence we need to help ourselves,
each and every one of us.  Capture if all or many of the members
are actually doing outreach is a very unlikely occurrence.  If only a few
are actually doing outreach, than capture is more likely.  It is a pure
matter of cause and effect as well as a numbers game.

  Yes a minor amount of tolerance for ICANN is good, but too much
is devastating.  We must not enter into a too cozy relationship with
law breakers and soil ourselves as a result...  Lie with dogs, you will
get fleas...
