Danny and all stakeholders of other interested parties,

  I believe that at the time when the DOC/NTIA was requesting
such bids and I along with 4 other organizations did so, that Becky
Burr found our proposal a very good one and said so at the time.
That is well documented Danny.  But of course you were someplace
else at that time and decidedly to be a "Late to the Party" participant.

  Therefore Danny, do you recall the "Glass houses and stones" story?
If not, perhaps you should familiarize yourself with it....
