Stakeholders/users, whether they are Domain Name holders DO pay
for a seat as they pay taxes, for their internet connection, purchase
products or services of various sorts from online businesses, and
various combinations of these. Hence to say that ONLY Domain name
holders are stakeholders/users is fallacious even using the argument
Todd is presenting. This also happens to be part of Ross's
argument as well. And regardless of who's argument it is or whom
is using it as an argument, it is still fallacious for the reasons I gave,
and others have added to or expanded upon...

  Very true!

This seems to be the case an has seemed to be the case for some time...

  Well stated here though Bruce...
