[atlarge-discuss] Panel and Position

Did I miss something?

The Panel is just that, if I recall correctly.

While they have hardwork and diligence attendant to their duties, they
have no authority.
They were not elected to represent but merely to design.
They have no obligation or corresponding rights to speak for our group.

If somebody changed this while I was napping please show me where.
