I'm afraid I would have to agree. There is no way I can see the process we've been following lead to meaningful representation for Internet users, on the ICANN board or anywhere else.

There are many good, talented and capable people on this list. Instead of wasting that potential on endless recriminations, could we not simply get on with the business of debating our mission and how we can best implement it?
We can vote as soon as we get our ballots but that doesn't mean time has to stand still now.

On the other hand, if the past week's messages reflect what people really want to be doing with their time, I will very shortly behave like the proverbial rat and move to another venue where useful work can be accomplished.
