  Yes Richard, you are quite right this organizations in crisis, and has
been from the get-go.  Without our own web site/DN, funding and a funding
model, our own voting mechanism, a complete charter and bylaws, which the
Panel members are supposed to be focusing their energies, and our own
Mailing list, we have little chance of having and impact.

  Several months ago now, I posted what I thought, and through
my own personal experience could and should be the priorities.
Number one is Funding.  Money is the mothers milk of politics.
Any reasonable or experience individual knows this.  It is considered
a political axiom.  And yes, make no mistake, we are talking about
real hard ball politics.  That takes big bucks, a strong and knowledgeable
growing membership that is active.  I would suggest we get busy
soon, very soon...
