Danny and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  Danny, with all due respect I think you are being a bit premature
as well as melodramatic.

  The ALAC is a ruse, and has been from the beginning.  Some of the
more astute of us here recognized that from the start.  The ICANN staff
and BoD will never willingly agree to have BoD members elected by
stakeholders/users in any At-Large, regardless of it's form.  Yet they
did promise to do so.  Hence, the approach from ICANNATLARG's
position presently can still take several forms.  But time is wasting...
