We are going to see a lot of this attempted derailment.
Lawyers are paid to do it and few Know how to keep a train on track.
Wong and Dyson paid for the site and were paid to run something like
ALSC by the ICANN.
I assume they are members.
Worry over liability is funny.
OTOH it could be our best fund raiser and Outreach program ever if legal
action were taken.
Joanna if they sue you I hereby in public on a public mailing list
promise to provide you with a cross complaint that will yield you money,
through a reputable attorney here in California, home of Vint Cerf and
ICANN.
(what the heck is that Long Island - Erie - long arm statute?) Boy o
Boyo this could be fun.
