[atlarge-discuss] Call for Nominations for a new chair and panel member

All stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  In keeping with our democratic process I would like to
recommend and ask for new elections for the Panel Chair
and panel member to replace Joanna and Judyth respectively.

  Therefore I nominate Sotiris as a panel member. and nominate
Richard Henderson as the candidate for Chair.
