This group has *no* interest in who are or who you claim to be.
Please do not tie yourself in binds trying to explain yourself,
like you have done in the past in so many other mailing lists.
We (i hope i am speaking for the group here) do not give a damn
(excuse the choice of words) whether you served as a judge for
seven years (as you claimed previously) or one year and 8 months
(as you have claimed now).
We do not care if you are a lawyer or not (your past online
history contradicts your claims in this regard), a fighter pilot
or not, a spy or spymaster or spybuster (whatever secret work you
claim to have done for the US government or for Nicaragua or
whatever).
You are as much a member of this group as the rest of us. You do
not have to keep forcing your Curriculum Vitae and your wonderful
sense of spelling and syntax down our throats all the time, with
all sorts of fantastic tidbits, to prove your worthiness of being
on the group (if thats the intent). You, as one of the many users
of the internet, are as much a part of Atlarge as anyone else.
Period.
Point of this post: Try and stick to the issues being discussed
here, without giving us those jewels from your past (and mostly
fictional) experiences. Your opinion is important; it doesnt
matter whether you did that in the past or not. Thats wholly
relevant to this group.
Hey, and when people say "Bar exam", they do NOT mean BREATHALYSER
TESTS...!!!

I am not a lawyer. I have a law degree and some ongoing
legal
education in specialized areas of law such a TM, Business law,

Antitrust law. I have never practiced law as a lawyer. I once
was elected to be a county judge. I served for one year and 8
months.
I am not now a member of the Bar association. I do not plan to
join the bar either. I did take and pass the bar exam(s) that
I have taken.
