Good! Than please do jump right in and get some work accomplished. >;)

I think by default for the time being, this would be Jefsey now.

Sure Sotiris would be a good replacement if he is still willing.

Moving the content physically would be preferable.

Yes I pointed this fact out yesterday.

  I agree.

I would be happy to do this. I think that we would need to have
a vote on what jurisdiction this should be done at before we decide
whom is going to accomplish this goal. I as I recall, Jefsey was
pledged originally to accomplish it. Now that our new web site
and DN is in france, perhaps France as Jefsey originally strongly
suggested would be preferable.

I originally pledged to do this. I have already outlined what needs to be
put into place as far as a Funding Method and disbursement mechanism
should/could be. See the "Finance" thread in the archives for this
ML forum for further details. If the members are willing to agree
to this by vote that is. I have already set up one account for
this purpose. We need to decide if we want a TFIT (Tax free
investment Trust) as the main account initially or not.. This will
require the bylaws, which is one of the Panels mandates to complete
to include the proper language.

Fine I will start a thread on Draft Bylaws.

Great! Go for it! Richard is hot to get this underway as I understand it.

Yes quickly but with care and abiding by the democratic principals
that we hold.
