Dear Friends,

I would really appreciate if attacks on Joop's "not handling over etc."
would stop until the Panel has adopted Webmaster Rules with due process.

If this will have been done (for which Joop has asked since a long time
ago), and he then does not hand over the "key" I would be prepared to attack
Joop. Otherwise I would be quite happy if those, who attack him while he is
waiting for such rules, might thank him for his work and apologize to him for the
attacks.
