I have a reseller account with enom and am very familiar with them. locking
the domain name from being transferred without permission of the owner is a
normal protection and doesn't declare some ulterior motive on the part of
the owner. Just good business sense. Registrars who do not offer this
protection are behind the times and shouldn't be used. Many names have been
hacked and stolen. The lock stops that from occurring.
