  Not true that ENOM locks all DN's that are registered through them.
Several of our [INEGroup] members have domains registered by
ENOM and none of them are locked.  As to the intention of Marc,
I am in no way sure.  But locking a non-resolving DN is many times
a tactic used by DN horders.
